Ingredients:
For dough:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- Water as needed
For stuffing:
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
For cooking:
- Ghee or oil as required
- Dry flour for dusting

To make the dough, mix the whole wheat flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Add water as needed to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes and cover it with a damp cloth. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
