- 2 cups of rice
- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can of tomato sauce

- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
