Ingredients:
-500g beef mince -2 onions, chopped -2 garlic cloves, minced -1 red chili, finely chopped -1 teaspoon ground cumin -1 teaspoon paprika -400g can chopped tomatoes -1 tablespoon tomato puree -400g can kidney beans, drained and rinsed -250ml beef stock -2 tablespoons vegetable oil -Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and fry for a few minutes until soft.

Add the garlic and chili, and fry for a further minute.

Add the beef mince to the saucepan and cook until browned.
