-1 lb of black beans -1 large onion, chopped -1 green bell pepper, chopped -2 cloves of garlic, minced -3 tbsp of olive oil -1 tbsp of ground cumin -1 tsp of dried oregano -1 tsp of salt -2 bay leaves -1 tbsp of white vinegar
Instructions:
