Ingredients:
For Puri:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp carom seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- Water

For Halwa:

- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup ghee or oil
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
