1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, for garnish 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, water, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with smoked paprika and chopped parsley.
