Ingredients:
- 8 oz of Korean sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon)
- 1 lb of beef, sliced into thin pieces
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 medium-sized carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Spinach leaves for garnish
Instructions:

In a large bowl, soak the sweet potato noodles in warm water for 30 minutes or until they become soft.

In a separate bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, sugar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
