1 pound ground lamb or beef 1 onion, finely grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
