Ingredients:
- 2 cups brown lentils
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Rinse the lentils and place them in a pot with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover with a lid. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
