Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef or chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (4 oz) massaman curry paste
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted and unsweetened roasted peanuts
- 5-6 cardamom pods
- 5-6 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
Directions:
