- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 100g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek (Indonesian chili paste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 spring onions, sliced
