Ingredients:
- 500g minced chicken, beef, or pork

- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 20-25 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
