Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Chinese egg noodles

- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 stalks of spring onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
