Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of white fish (such as cod, tilapia or halibut)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups vegetable broth

- 2 limes, juiced
