Ingredients:
1 lb mixed fish (haddock, salmon, cod)
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
6 cups fish stock
1/2 cup cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Directions:
