Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
