1 cup rye flour 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup molasses 2 cups buttermilk
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease two 1-pound coffee cans.
